Fleet Administrator

Basic Purpose/Scope
- Create orders and update systems with high accuracy.
- Schedule appointments based on daily operational needs.
Principal Duties
- Schedule Appointments via Email/Phone
- Data Entry/update system
- Receive notifications from internal fleet dispatch
- Review request, verify accuracy, follow up
- Monitor confirmation responses from customers
- Send secondary and treachery requests
- Monitor and resolve accessorial kick-out issues
- Report ancillary issues to management
Requirements
- Highly motivated to want to learn supply chain and transportation
- Adequate computer knowledge
- Adequate knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good under pressure
- Ability to multi-task effectively in high-intensity environment
- Excellent people skills & Team player
- Detail oriented
- High level of accuracy
